Grade Reports
Manhattanville’s grading system of letter grades based on numeric grade point values includes the option of taking some courses on a pass/fail basis. Any courses that satisfy a requirement for your major or minor cannot be taken pass/fail; they must be taken for a letter grade (LG). Advisor signature is necessary to process a P/F request. A maximum of four (4) credits per semester may be taken Pass/Fail.
Course withdrawals are reflected as “W” grades and are non-punitive. You must obtain the appropriate signatures before requests can be processed.
Incomplete grades are given for special circumstances with the approval of the appropriate academic Dean and the course instructor. Forms are available at the Registrar’s Office.
Final grades are available to all students through the WebAdvisor portion of our College web site and are password protected.
