Employers
Welcome Employers!
Manhattanville students graduate with strong academic knowledge gained from both a rigorous curriculum and the hands-on experience of experiential learning and internships. We are a diverse and culturally-rich campus, educating students from 58 countries and 38 states.
The Center for Career Development offers an array of services to help you make strong connections with our students. We will help you post jobs and internships, register for career fairs, arrange for on-campus recruiting and informational sessions and create opportunities for professional speaking engagements:
Easy to Use Job and Internship Online Recruiting
The CCD offers you eRecruiting, a free-of-charge one-stop career database to communicate effectively and efficiently with our campus. You can post jobs and internships online.
If you do offer internships to students, Manhattanville College is a wonderful resource for your company. Our office administers an academic credit program for students with either Junior or Senior status. Internships can be either paid or unpaid and interns can receive academic credit if they desire (or if it is a requirement of your business).
The Center for Career Development hosts a Job & Internship Fair during the spring semester. Visit our News and Events page for details and registration information. If you would like to be placed on our invitation contact list, simply e-mail our office.
On Campus Recruiting
In addition to the Job & Internship Fair, recruiters are welcome on campus on an individual basis to meet with our students. We offer a variety of formal and informal recruiting options:
• Formal Interviews (scheduled in advance with select applicants) conducted in the Center for Career Development
• Information Session held in an appropriate location on campus
• Information Table (for a full or half day) in a high-traffic area on campus, which provides employers the opportunity to meet students, receive resumes and conduct informal interviews if desired
We are happy to accommodate a recruiter’s needs if they differ from any of these options. Contact our Center’s Director to set up a date to recruit on campus.
On Campus Speaking and Mock Interviewing Opportunities
You can meet our students and get involved with them through a variety of on-campus opportunities. We invite you to come and speak to our students about various career-related topics in either small or large group settings. In addition, you can arrange and participate in mock interviews with them and give them valuable interviewing feedback. Please check our News and Events page for information about upcoming events or contact our office if you would like to propose event.
