Student Athletes Win ESPN Awards

MCDOWELL NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT
Senior captain Laura McDowell (Granby, Mass.), who finished her Valiant career as the team’s all-time winningest doubles player and graduated with a duel degree in Psychology and International Business earlier this month, has been named to the ESPN The Magazine All-District I at large Second Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
MILLS ON ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
Senior co-captain Chris Mills (Calgary, Alberta) has been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District I men’s at large Second Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America, adding the prestigious academic honor after completing his Valiant career with one of the great seasons in program history.
