Viridian Artists at Manhattanville

Selected exhibits from Viridian Artists Gallery will be displayed at Manhattanville College from March 4-28, 2008. There will be a reception on Sunday, March 9, 2008 from 2-4pm. In attendance will be local artists such as Meredeth Turshen from Hoboken, NJ; and national artists such as Wally Gilbert. The exhibition will take place in the Library.
This event marks 40 years of Viridian being one of the foremost, artist owned and professionally operated galleries in New York. Viridian’s artists come not only from all over the US, but from all around the globe. The gallery has partners in France, Japan and Korea.
Viridian Gallery can be found in the art hub of New York, on West 25th St. in Chelsea, and have been there since 2001. Although the artists rotate, some of its members have been with the gallery for more than 30 years. The group prides itself on the quality, diversity and level of excellence of the artists that it represents.
