WALDO Library Catalogs – Manhattanville belongs to a group of libraries called WALDO. Member libraries allow full-time faculty to borrow directly from other member libraries without having to go through the InterLibrary Loan system. Full-time faculty may obtain WALDO stickers (applied to Manhattanville College ID) from a reference librarian.
SUNY Purchase College Library – Students and faculty with a valid Manhattanville College ID, can borrow books directly from Purchase College. Items borrowed from SUNY/Purchase College Library must be returned to SUNY/Purchase College Library. Anyone may photocopy articles at the SUNY/Purchase College Library.
Westchester Community College - Most WCC library resources are available for on-site use to anyone. Permanent faculty, staff or administrators from a WALDO institution have borrowing privileges providing they have current ID from WALDO institution with a valid WALDO sticker.
Westchester Library System – As a Manhattanville College student, you may register for a Westchester Library Card card and use it at any branch of this excellent system of 38 public libraries, including the White Plains Public Library. Students will need to bring their Manhattanville ID card to obtain a WLS library card.
The New York Public Libraries - One of the largest, busiest, and best library systems in the world, the New York Public Library consists of four Research Libraries and over 80 branches in the city boroughs of the Bronx, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
New York City Area Libraries - Ask at the reference desk if you are eligible for a pass to visit a specific library in the New York Metropolitan area.
METRO - is a local group of libraries provide access to specific titles, or special subject areas, not available in our Library or local public libraries. A METRO card allows restricted access to other academic libraries for specific research purposes. METRO cards may be obtained from a reference librarian.
