Westchester County residents are diverse - they have different interests and abilities and different ways of reading and learning.

WLS now provides residents access to more than 200 interactive educational videos with basic health information. Some videos explain specific illnesses or conditions, while others describe medical tests and procedures.

Health Advocacy Resource Center for Seniors

Health Advocacy Resource Centers are located at the Yonkers Public Library-Grinton I. Will Branch and the John C. Hart Memorial Library in Shrub Oak. The goal of HARC is to empower older adults with information, resources and practical techniques to get the care they need by becoming an informed health care consumer.
