General Information for Reunion
Advance Reservations
Advance registration is suggested for all events, and is required for the Gala
Dinner on Saturday. The deadline for registration is September 14th.
Children
Children and grandchildren are welcome at Friday’s dinner, Saturday’s BBQ,
Saturday’s Family Dinner, and Sunday’s Brunch. Please be sure to include
children’s names on the reply form.

Thanks to a generous friend of your class, all events at the College are free
of charge.

Class Meetings
Special meeting times & locations will be available upon request of the Class
Chair. Notification of meetings and locations will be available when you check in.
Registration
The events that we offer to alumni throughout the weekend involve considerable
costs and are not fully covered by your registration fees. We do make
an effort to contain costs as much as possible to accommodate all budgets
without compromising the activities that we offer.
No Confirmations
No tickets or confirmations will be mailed. Please check in upon arrival to receive
tickets, nametags, and other important information about the weekend.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made to anyone who cancels by 5pm on September 14th. We
cannot accommodate refunds after this date.
Reunion Gifts
Your contribution, no matter the amount, counts toward your class participation
rate. Awards are given during Reunion for the highest participation and
giving levels of the Reunion classes. You may send in your gift with the enclosed
reply card even if you are not attending Reunion. If you choose to send
a gift separately, it will still be counted toward your class totals.
Special Needs
Dietary requirements, food allergies, and special needs for the physically
challenged can be arranged with advance notice. Please call us with any
special requests at 914-323-5231.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all campus buildings and under the tent.
