Curriculum

The curriculum consists of 12 courses; nine are required and three are open to choice. A final integrative project is also required and includes a paper and oral presentation focused on a workplace situation. Students may be eligible to "challenge" up to six credits of course work based on recent work experience by submitting a carefully organized portfolio to demonstrate competence.

Courses include: Strategic and Global Planning for Leaders, Global Economics, Leadership & Teams, Managerial Finance, Business Ethics and Social Responsibility, Managerial Finance, Information Technology Management, and Creativity and Critical Thinking in organizations.
