Catering Rates
The site fee for the Castle is a non-taxable $4200. This fee is discounted to $3700 on weekdays and Sundays throughout the year, and any day during the months of January, February, March, July and August. The West Room of Reid Castle can seat up to 160 people with a dance floor; larger numbers may be accommodated in cocktail reception settings.
The beautiful surroundings at Reid Castle are only part of what make our weddings so special. Our catering packages, offering you an extensive array of interesting and delicious menu possibilities, were designed with your every need in mind. All packages include the following:
- Five hours of complete bar service
- A selection of hot and cold butler-passed hors d'oeuvres and an International Cheese, Fruit & Crudité Display during the cocktail hour
- Wedding Cake
- Champagne Toast
- Refreshments for the Bridal Room
- Up to ten complimentary meals for your musicians, photographers, etc.
- There will be no charge for children under 5 years of age
Children between the ages of 5 and 15 will be charged half-price - Attended coat check room
- House floor-length linen in a wide choice of colors
Discounts to the catering packages apply as follows:
- Weekday and Sunday weddings will be given $10.00 off the per person price (holidays and holiday weekends excepted)
- Weddings in January, February, March, July and August (any day) will be given $10.00 off the per person price
